Dehydration
Used Oil is pre-heated in order to remove the moisture, light contaminants like glycol, solvent, lighter organics etc.
Gas Oil Removal
Dehydrated Oil is stripped under vacuum for light gasoil removal & for the adjustment of the flash point of the oil.
Vacuum Distillation
After gas oil stripper, the oil is sent to the vacuum Distillation to recover vacuum distillate oil fraction which is heavier than the Contaminants.

Why Lube oil Re-refining Plant ?
The Re-refining process removes all the contaminants from used lube oil to recover base lube oil product from the Used Lube Oil. During the last some years, it has been observed that the re-refiners are obliged to look for alternative for the Re-Refining Process due to following factors such as:
- Increased use of additive packages in the formula on of lubricants and by consequence higher level of contaminants in the used oil.
- Increased amount of thermal degradation products due to longer mileage of the lubricants.
- Pollution problems related to the disposal of acid sludge and spent clay from the traditional acid/clay re-refining.
